A Safe Space To Be You

The rate of teenage depression, anxiety, and suicide are sadly on the rise in this country. Many teens feel the weight of societal pressure, lack self-esteem and self-worth, and struggle to connect with themselves and others.

In the MBM Class, we aim to help young women connect with their bodies in a safe, judgment-free space. We aim to build self-esteem and confidence through movement and conscious connection with their community of peers. We provide tools to help calm the mind using Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that can easily be done both in class and out in the world.

All fitness levels are welcome to join MBM. We combine Yoga, free-form dance, and strengthening movements to help young women feel embodied and empowered.

This class is for teens who want to connect with their peers, form healthy relationships with their mind and body, and learn how to quiet the mind to better cope with stress and anxiety.

This class is not for those who want to exercise in a competitive environment and compare themselves to others.

This is a judgment-free zone! We are here to have fun, be ourselves, and connect with our community.
